The State Association of Young Farmers of Texas

The State Association of Young Farmers of Texas invites you to join us in working towards a stronger and more vibrant agricultural community. Our association provides educational programs that meet the needs of men and women who have a vested interest in agriculture. Here are some of the key interests we promote:

• Leadership Training and Experience: We believe in grooming leaders and fostering good citizenship among young farmers. Our association offers various leadership training programs and experiences to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the agricultural industry.
• Civic and Community Service: We encourage the active participation of families in civic and community service work aimed at improving the way of life in our communities, state, and nation. Together, we can make a positive impact and create a better future for all.
• Collaboration with FFA Chapters: We value the partnership with Future Farmers of America (FFA) chapters and actively support their activities. By working together, we can strengthen the agricultural community and empower future generations of young farmers.
• Cooperation with Other Organizations and Agricultural Agencies: We believe in the power of collaboration. Our association actively cooperates with various organizations and agricultural agencies to develop and implement programs that benefit agriculture.
• Family Recreation: We understand the importance of relaxation and rejuvenation. Along with our educational programs, we also provide opportunities for families to enjoy recreational activities together. From picnics to fun-filled outings, we believe in fostering a sense of community among our members.
