Attendance Requirement for Scholarships:
Each chapter must have at least two delegates attend to remain eligible for scholarships.

Thursday Evening: Welcome reception in LaQuinta 2nd Floor meeting room

Friday: Tours – lunch provided at Grand Buffet Downtown

Dinner on your own – option Iron Wolf Ranch and Distillery for a tour, tasting and food truck meal. Great outdoor activity.

Auction & Chapter Basket Info

Scholarship Auction: Chapters and Individuals are asked to bring scholarship auction items!

Chapter Baskets: We’re reviving our tradition of chapter baskets for the auction. Each chapter is asked to bring a basket representing your chapter for auction. This is a fun way to support scholarships and engage in friendly competition.
